A picture is worth a thousand words

This is a rehab that I did a few months ago. I did take a few before shots, but can't find them now.  One of these days I will be ORGANIZED!  She was in two pieces and had a few small breaks on the decorative post, but nothing a little wood glue couldn't cure.  The outer shell of the piece was pretty rough, so I decided to slap a little Provence on her.   He she is in all her glory.

I am in love with every square inch of her, right down to her toes.....

  1. This is absolutely gorgeous! I love that you kept what was good, and added the color where it wasn't.

  2. I can see why you are in love with this piece! It's gorgeous, but then again, I have a weakness for antique oak pieces. Love how you restored it.
